SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an outstanding Graphic Designer to create terrific Visual identities.
The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful editorial design. They should also have superior branding design skills..
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into pieces or visuals. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, aesthetic, and functional designs.
Responsabilities
[ ] Execute all visual design stages from moodboards to brand guideline.
[ ] Conceptualize original identity design ideas that bring simplicity and emotion to branding.
[ ] Create stationary, moodboards, mockups, guidelines, visuals to communicate design ideas.
[ ] Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
[ ] Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Requirements and Skills?
[ ] Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer on studio or agency.
[ ] Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
[ ] Solid experience in creating brands, visuals, moodboards, editorial, art direction
[ ] Highly proficient in Indesign, Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop
[ ] Proficiency in After.
[ ] Knowledge of any app of task management
[ ] Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to market focus
[ ] Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
[ ] Up-to-date with the latest trends

SR & JR MOTION DESIGNER

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an amazing Motion Designer to create amazing visual experiences. .
The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful motion design. They should also have superior thinking of movement and design skills.
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional motion designs.
Responsabilities
[ ] Execute all visual design stages from concept to final export adaptations.
[ ] Conceptualize original motion design ideas that bring simplicity to still ideas.
[ ] Create, storyboards, flows, to communicate brand, types, logos or visual on design ideas.
Requirements and Skills?
[ ] Proven work experience as a Motion Designer
[ ] Demonstrable Motion design skills with a strong portfolio
[ ] Solid experience in creating thing in movement,
[ ] Highly proficient in After.
[ ] Proficiency in After.
[ ] Proficiency in Blender, C4D or similar
[ ] Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to brand-system guidelines
[ ] Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
[ ] Up-to-date with the latest motion trends, techniques, and technologies

UX/UI DESIGNER

We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences.
The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills.
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Responsabilities
[ ] Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
[ ] Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
[ ] Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
[ ] Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
[ ] Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements and Skills?
[ ] Proven work experience as a Web Designer
[ ] Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
[ ] Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
[ ] Highly proficient in WordPress
[ ] Proficiency in Figma
[ ] Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid understanding about what is possible to dev.
[ ] Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
[ ] Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
[ ] Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
